PlannerPal is the financial planner’s AI assistant, with functionality to not only hold client details but record meetings, transcribe them and generate a range of documents from the content.
Financial planners have their own preferred ways of conducting their business and interacting with their clients, whilst having to adhere to strict regulations.
With the desired functionality in mind, we underwent an initial round of user research with actual financial planners and paraplanners in which we discovered their daily routines, habits and interactions with clients. This would help us wireframe the user journey and create a realistic flow.
We designed the PlannerPal visual identity and developed a UI kit with which we built out the journey in Figma, simultaneously preparing the files for handover with the development team.
