USER RESEARCH

DeHavilland needed a streamlined user experience to guide users through its complex political insight platform. We audited user journeys for both clients and internal teams, restructuring and testing new pathways across the UK and Europe.

An animated image showcases a sequence of bills with numbers and dates. This high-tech interface embraces UI/UX research to ensure clarity and engagement.

Politics can be convoluted enough, and with so many streams of information running through the website, DeHavilland needed a clear user experience that would signpost users to the correct areas.

We audited the site to understand the journeys for both external users of the service and internal users generating reports for clients. We restructured and refined these, creating new wireframes which we tested with groups in the UK and in Europe.

From the feedback, we were able to further refine the experience and design the UI to align with the brand identity. We supplied assets and guidance to assist the development teams to implement the new UX and UI.
